摘    要:劳动关系管理对于不同管理模式和不同发展水平的组织来说,有着不同的运作模式和关注点。在提出服务理念在劳动关系管理中的内涵的基础上,从人力资源管理实际操作的维度研究如何加强组织与员工的双向沟通与相互服务,以建构更加和谐共赢的劳动关系,为人力资源管理的理论研究和实践运用提供参考。
