| 摘 要： | 在成败相伴的企业信息化建设中，如何使信息系统被企业有效采纳，已成为信息采纳领域备受关注的研究课题，国内外已对企业信息采纳的研究取得了一定进展。在查阅大量的国内外文献的基础上，发现目前企业信息采纳的研究主要集中在企业信息采纳的内涵、影响因素及过程、用户及员工技术接受与信息采纳行为3个方面，分别对3个方面研究的贡献和局限进行了评述，指出未来的研究方向，以期为企业信息采纳的研究提供新思路，帮助企业更有效地进行信息采纳，提高企业绩效。 |
