| 摘 要： | 冷战结束后,中美关系一波三折,究其原因,美国国会在其中起了很大的破坏作用。近年来,美国国会干预对华政策的倾向增强,影响明显上升。本文认为,一方面美国国会会竭力扩大其对美国对华政策的影响,另一方面也会受到一定的限制。

The Impact of American Congress on Sino-US Relations in Post Cold War Period |

| Abstract: | The post cold war period saw a lot of twists and turns in the relations between America and China because the Congress intervened into the US China policy ever-increasingly with passive effect. This article holds the Congress will try to extend its influence on US China policy with some restrictions as well. |
