关于司法管辖区制度的几点思考

作为一项打破行政区划设立司法机构的司法制度,司法管辖区制度起源于英国,并为英美法系和大陆法系国家借鉴和采纳。在我国建立司法管辖区制度不但必要而且有现实的可行性。我国在移植司法管辖区制度时,应解决观念和若干制度的配套问题。
