On the Editors' Qualities of the Learned Journals

The implicature of the editors' qualityies of the learned Journals in the new century should renew corresponding to the development of tendency.In the political quality consturction,they should arm their mind with the important thoughts of "Three Representatives",and should have strong ambition of career,and selfishless dedicating spirit.In the cultural quality they should strengthern their desinging and exploring abilities of cultural products,distinguishing ability of papers and composition ability,and the study of net to grosp new techniques.In professional moral construction editors should obey career conventions and principles,and fix their new role-location,and reinforce their serving conscousness.With the entry of China to WTO,the requirements of the editors' qualities will be higher than before.
