| 摘 要： | 战略性贸易政策理论的出现对国际贸易理论体系和各国对外贸易政策产生了重大影响。论题对该理论的产生、演进和主要内容进行述评,并力图表明国际分工是动态和随机的。政府可以通过积极的政策干预形成对本国有利的均衡格局。

| Abstract: | The emergence of strategic trade policy has an important impact upon both the international trade theory system and the design of foreign trade policies.This paper discusses its emergence,evolution and main contents,and illustrates that the international division of labor is dynamic and random.Consequently,the government can form favorable equilibrium through active intervention. |
