| 摘 要： | 劳动就业权是指在宪法和其他法律保障下我国公民获得劳动就业机会并在劳动过程中得到基本保障的权利,它是公民的基本权利,是人权的一项重要内容。我们需要进一步梳理劳动就业权作为基本人权及宪法性权利的真正内涵以及国家对该权利实现所负的义务,并从制度建设的高度探索公民劳动就业权法律保护的路径。
