抗日战争时期美国对华政策的调整

一个国家的对外政策不仅受到本国的经济制度、行政结构、历史传统等因素的制约,而且它也受到本国意识形态的影响。抗战时期,随着国际、国内形势的发展变化,美国为了更好地实现其国家利益,制定了不同的对华政策。先后采取了中立观望、援华制日、联合作战政策。中立观望政策在一定程度上纵容了日本的侵略行为;援华制日、联合作战政策增强了中国的抗战能力,提高了中国的国际地位,同时也大大增强了国民政府对美国的依赖。

Adjustment of American Policies Towards China During Anti-Japanese War

A country＇s foreign policies are not only restricted by the country＇s economic systems,administrative structures,historical tradition but also affected by its ideology.During the Anti-Japanese War,in order to achieve its best interest to the great extent,the United States made different policies toward China.The U.S.has taken a stand of neutrality,which to a certain extent connived at the Japanese aggression.It also adopted the policy of aiding China against Japan and the joint operations policy.The policy of neutrality to some extent condoned the Japanese aggression.The policy of aiding China and fighting against Japan increased China＇s capacity against Japan and enhanced China＇s international status,but also greatly enhanced the national government＇s dependence on the United States.
