| 摘 要： | 在应对国际金融危机冲击中,中国各级政府和外贸企业不仅创造了新的实践,而且实现了从转变外贸增长方式到转变外贸发展方式的认识飞跃。中国的经验说明,某些经济学的认识工具,如价格的贸易条件和微笑曲线等理论,对解读中国的对外贸易都存在局限性。从总结中国自身的经验出发,转变外贸发展方式的经济学涵义应当定义为:转变外贸的国民收益方式和格局;转变外贸的竞争方式;转变外贸的市场开拓方式;转变外贸的资源利用方式。从这些经济学涵义中,可以制定出较为科学、合理并易于操作的考核指标体系。

| Abstract: | In the course of meeting the challenge of the international financial crisis,Chinese governments at all levels and enterprises engaged in foreign trade have developed new practices and made a cognitive leap from transforming the foreign trade growth mode to transforming the foreign trade development mode.
