食品质量安全中农业合作社的作用分析

摘    要:农业合作社是实施农产品质量安全控制的有效载体,它可以成为农产品供应链上有效的结点组织,可以作为协助政府实施质量监管的重要组织形式。实践中,农业合作社在控制和维护食品安全、增加农户收入和提升农产品市场竞争方面显示出巨大的绩效。

Abstract:The agricultural cooperative is an effective carrier to undertake the responsibility of controlling the agri-food quality safety,and it can be an effective actor organization in agri-food SCM,it also can be an important organization form to help government to carry out agriculture production quality inspection and management.In practice,the agricultural cooperatives got large performance in controlling and safeguarding food safety,raising farmers income and promoting market competition power.
