| 摘 要： | 大学生就业创业是当前的热点话题，政府各部门都在采取积极的措施帮助大学生就业创业，服务大学生就业创业必然成为高等院校的重要职能和新要求。然而当前高等院校服务大学生就业创业工作与实际需要存在不小的差距，认识上有误区，措施上缺乏科学性与系统性。因此，必须采取针对性的举措以提高服务能力与水平：有效开展思想教育，帮助大学生树立正确的就业创业观；创新人才培养模式形成科学合理的就业服务机制；融创业教育于校园文化建设，增强学生创新与创业能力。

| Abstract: | The undergraduates＇ employment and entrepreneurship is a hot topic at present. The state, the society and the institutions of higher education are all taking active measures to help the undergraduates with their employment and entrepreneurship. Services to the undergraduates＇employment and entrepreneurship inevitably become an important function of and a new demand for the higher education. According to the current situation and deficiencies, the paper takes active exploration on the services of the higher education to the undergraduates＇ employment and entrepreneurship in order to enhance modem undergraduates＇ ability of employment and entrepreneurship. |
