| 摘 要： | 宋代在蝗灾认识方面向着人定胜天的方向迈进了一大步,特别是宋代社会舆论开始转向了对积极灭蝗的肯定,在此基础上,宋代在蝗灾防治方面比前代有了明显的进步,这一点突出地表现在其依法治蝗方面。

| Abstract: | The acknowledgement and the prevention/extermination to plague of locusts serve a link between past and future in Song Dynasty.They had carried forward the experiences from the formers and experienced afterward.It became the mainstream of social ideology in Song Dynasty that the plague of locusts could be fought.The Song dynasty's government made many efforts in respect of law and policy. |
