| 摘 要： | 体现人与自然和谐发展的生态文化，是生态文明的核心价值所在，是践行科学发展观的先进文化。在沿海开发中加强生态文化建设，对于保护生态环境、提升地区文化软实力、增强综合竞争新优势、实现经济社会协调可持续发展，有着重大的现实作用和历史意义。而要培育和打响富有沿海特色的生态文化品牌，须在强化生态意识、深入规划研究、创建生态城市、发掘历史遗产、发展生态旅游、建立长效机制诸方面有新举措、新作为，以此推动沿海地区又好又快发展，为子孙后代留下一个美好的生态家园。

| Abstract: | Eco-culture, a harmonious unity of man and nature and the core concept of eco-civilization, is an advanced one to carry out the scientific outlook of development. To enhance it in Jiangsu coastal development has an important realistic and historic meaning in environment protection, regional soft power, comprehensive competition and sustainable economy. Therefore, eco-construction must lay an emphasis on eco-awareness in city planning, historical legacy, tourism and systems so as to keep a rapid and sound growth and leave a beautiful land for the next generations. |
