| Abstract: | The principal is the soul of a school." His quality and level of management have a direct bearing on the quality and efficiency of the performance of a school. This article attempts to sort out and analyze Tao Xingzhi's points of view of "Being a wholehearted principal with all your heart," and infuse it with modern connotation with a hope to provide some enlightenment and reference for the vast numbers of primary and secondary school principals who can improve their qualities and perform their duties better. |
