| 摘 要： | 由于现阶段环境诉讼案件还不是很多，因此环境诉讼中有关规定的不足也未得到应有的重视。随着环境法的普及和相关诉讼案件数量的增加，明确并改进与此相对应的诉讼法律规定很有必要。由于环境法涉及法律多样的特点，对起诉资格的法律研究也需要从环境民事诉讼、环境行政诉讼、环境刑事诉讼等不同角度着手进行。

| Abstract: | The number of environmental lawsuit is not much up to date, so it is not enough attached importance to the defect of environmental lawsuit stipulation. With the popularization of law and the number of lawsuit about environments is increasing, it is very necessary to definite and reform the stipulation about environmental lawsuit. Because the environmental law involve many different perspective, they are environmental civil lawsuit, environmental administrative lawsuit and environmental criminal lawsuit. |
