| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、理论分析法,对近四年来有关全民健身研究的总体情况进行的研究表明,全民健身研究取得了一定成绩,但也存在着一些问题。应根据今后全民健身研究的发展趋势使研究进一步得到深化。
