On Innovations of Instructional Administration in Colleges and Universities

In order to achieve the optimum disposition of the educational resources and get the best effect of the teaching and attain the instructional object,the educational administrator will make plans,organize,supervise,coordinate and control the whole instructional process according to a certain educational conceptions and keeping the educational rules and administrative rules.Such a process is called the instructional administration.With the development of higher education and the demand of nurturing the creative talents,it is suggested that universities and colleges should set the "human-oriented" administrative ideas and modern administrative atmosphere,create a "humanoriented" administrative system,and bring in motivation and competition mechanism.By doing these,teachers' initiativeness and the enthusiasm to the instructional reform can thus be fully brought into play,and the instructional administrative innovation can be further promoted.
