| Abstract: | The strategy of Mid-China's emergence is of great significance.A crucial step to achieve the goal is to choose a proper core city to act as the fulcrum of the strategy.Considering city capability,economic position,resource distribution and shift ability in industry,Wuhan's role of strategic fulcrum is irreplaceable compared with other midwest cities.At the same time,it should be remembered that the final estabilshment of Wuhan's role of strategic fulcrum is faced with the obstacles and restraints of various inside and outside factors. |
