| Abstract: | The speed of classification of society has been stepping up and the number of social vulnerable group has been increasing quickly during the transformation of China society. We must pay attention to the protection of the rights and interests of the social vulnerable group. This article has demonstrated the necessity and profound significance of this protection in such five aspects as rule of law, rights of human, sustainable development, stability of society and tradition of law. |
