| 摘 要： | 少数民族权利保障是一个极富有现实性的课题。对“少数人”与“少数民族”的概念、少数民族权利的性质、少数民族权利的具体内容、少数民族权利保障的途径进行梳理，力求反映少数民族权利保障研究概况，可以为进一步开展少数民族权利保障研究提供一定的参考与借鉴。

| Abstract: | Studying the security of ethnic minorities＇ rights is a subject of universal and realistic significance. The paper discusses the concept of ＂minority＂ and ＂ethnic minority＂, the character of ethnic minorities＇ fights, the specific contents of ethnic minorities＇ rights and the approach of the security of ethnic minorities＇ rights, which makes a profile of the researches into security of rights for ethnic minorities so as to provide some experience and reference. |
