| 摘 要： | 从水电建设工程生产实践入手,通过和传统担保的对比,指出了水电工程担保的特殊性,并对传统的担保方式和担保目的局限性提出了疑义,同时对水电工程担保的应用现状进行了分析,明确了几种工程担保在时间上的联系,提醒人们在工程担保的应用中注意风险。
