| 摘 要： | 市场经济和区域经济一体化的趋势促进了地方政府间府际合作水平,使地方政府间关系从＂零和博弈＂趋于＂合作博弈＂。地方政府间关系的研究成为当前治理变革的趋势。从多维度分析了现阶段我国地方政府间府际合作的＂囚徒困境＂,在多视角原因分析的基础上从多角度提出困境的消解方案。

| Abstract: | Market economy and the trend of regional economic integration promote the cooperation between local governments,and the relationship between the local government has been turned from the zero-sum game to be cooperative game.The research of relationship between the local governments has become the trend of change management.Analysis the current stage of cooperation between local governments of the prisoner's dilemma from the multi-dimensional,and found the solution from different perspectives. |
