追求和谐正义的社会伦理秩序是构建和谐社会的基本目标。当下，中国社会的伦理焦点正从单纯不平等问题转向对社会不正义的关注。同时，还面临着生态伦理严重失序、个体道德责任意识普遍缺失的困境。必须坚持马克思主义伦理精神，坚持时代性与传统性、本土性与全球性结合的原则，建构基于正义的现代制度伦理和现代生态伦理秩序。深化市场化改革，解决公平与效率的矛盾。
