| 摘 要： | 社会主义和谐社会的实质和核心在于人与人之间的和谐,其根本在于社会关系的和谐.而建立社会主义和谐社会的前提就是要使人民内部矛盾得到正确处理."让人民来监督政府"的核心就是要正确处理人民内部矛盾.所以,在构建社会主义和谐社会的过程中,必须把"让人民来监督政府"作为其中的重要举措.
