| Abstract: | Along with the breakthrough of the network technology centered on computers and that of multimedia technology, network is nearer to the people's life. The previous traditional isolated library is advancing towards global integration and the new circumstances of the network. In the process of the change, librarians in colleges and universities must be a force of talents with fine quality and will be the strength of the sustainable development of libraries. |
