| 摘 要： | 农业发展方式转变是农业增长源泉转变、农业生产模式转变和农业产出模式转变的有机统一。农业技术创新可以全面重建农业生产函数,从而驱动农业发展方式转变。农业技术创新驱动农业发展方式转变的制度路径是:完善要素市场机制、强化农业外部性的内部化规制、建立农业生产者与消费者的互动机制。

| Abstract: | The transformation in mode of agricultural development contains the change of growth mode,the change of production mode and the change of product mode in agriculture.Agricultural technology innovation can reconstruct agricultural production function and drive the transformation of agricultural development mode.The system paths of agricultural technology innovation driving the transformation of agricultural development mode are to perfect the factor market,to internalize the agricultural external environment pollution and to establish the interactive mechanism of agricultural producers and consumers. |
