| 摘 要： | 调查表明,上海物流效率处于全国平均水平线,与国际先进水平尚有较大差距,表现为车辆利用率和运营效率不高、运力资源轻度浪费、产业集成度有待提高。有关部门应联合出台相关政策,从提高物流资源利用率、加强物流资源配置能力出发,引导物流业向高效、低碳、环保的产业结构调整,切实提升上海物流效率水平。

| Abstract: | The survey shows that Shanghai logistics efficiency is in countrywide average level and still lags far behind international advanced level.The main reasons are the low utilization of vehicle and operational efficiency,mild waste of capacity resources and low industrial integration.The suggestions include improving logistics and resource utilization,strengthen logistics resource allocation capabilities and guiding the logistics industry to a highly efficient,low carbon and environmentally friendly industrial structure and actually enhance the level of logistics efficiency. |
