| 摘 要： | 文章认为 ,加强和完善我国国际工程承包法律制度 ,必须遵循国家主权、公平互惠、国际惯例、质量第一诸原则 ,制定科学的立法规划 ,加强高层次立法 ,推行的工程承包标准合同条件不仅要立足本土资源 ,而且 ,更应考虑与国际接轨的客观需要。

| Abstract: | The paper deems that we should abide by the principles of state sovereignty, fair reciprocity, international practice and quality first to strengthen and perfect the legal system of the contracted project in China and formulate legislative program and lay emphasis on higher level legislation. The standard contract conditions of contracted project should not only base on home resources but also the objective demand of international order. |
