| Abstract: | Standardized education after class in the university is one of the most effective way to further the all -round development of college students. This study analyzes the factors of outside class education in the university, such as time, capital, technique, and administrative main part. It also gives some suggestions about how to standardize it through the application of the credit system. The purpose of the study is that much more attention should be paid to outside class education by education administrators. |
