教师教育一体化目标及其达成策略

摘    要:在教师教育一体化的实践中,存在着教育目标定位不准,目标达成度低的问题.职前培养阶段的目标是培养准合格教师,为教师今后的专业发展奠定坚实的学术基础和教育专业基础.职后适应期的目标是培养合格师资;发展期培养优秀教师;成熟期培养专家型教师.实现上述目标需要教师教育改革:师范院校要广开选修课,扩大师范生的知识面;增加教育理论课的授课门数,提高教育理论课的授课质量;聘请中小学骨干教师到师范院校任教.同时,制订有关中小学教师到大学选修学分的政策,实现职后培训"高等教育化";鼓励高师院校教师与中小学教师合作研究,实现"双赢".
