| 摘 要： | 建国初期资本主义工商业的社会主义改造是用生产资料公有制代替私有制的一场牵动千千万万资本家与共产党人的深刻变革。改造具有充分的依据，并注意到政策的把握。改造经历了三个阶段，采取了三种形式，至1956年胜利结束。资本主义工商业改造，既有成绩，同时也存在不足。

| Abstract: | It was a profound change of the socialist transformation of capitalist industry and commerce which had affected thousands of capitalists and Communists by replacing private ownership with public ownership in the early.Modification had sufficient basis and noted that the grasp of policy.Renovation had gone through three stages,took the form of three,it was over by the end of 1956.Transforming capitalist industry and commerce had achievement,at the same time had insufficient. |
