| 摘 要： | 拓跋鲜卑建立的北魏王朝摹仿汉晋制度，根据政治形势偶设的相国和丞相，多选皇帝的同族宗室成员担任。宗室就任相国或丞相的背景大相径庭，授予相国可视为立储的先兆和准备，旨在提升皇太子的声威和权势，削减游牧行国时代兄终弟及制的影响。丞相的选任则根据政局需要进行。北魏多以宗室担任相国和丞相，与拓跋的传统习俗和特殊统治结构有关，透射出北魏皇族政治之特质。

| Abstract: | The prime minister system was constructed by the Northern Wei dynasty imitating the Han and Jindynasty to appoint the royal clan group for the position. But the background of the commission was totallydifferent. The prime minister title was the symbol of the crown prince, which could promote his renown andpower to avoid the competition for the imperial throne. The Chengxiang title was the need of the complexpolitical situation which marked the control of the chiefdom to the country. The royal clan became the primarycandidate connecting with the Tuoba＇ s custom and power structure, which was the reflection of the Hu mannational view and the royal politics. |
