| Abstract: | On the basis of ＂Push - pull＂ theory,the paper constructs ＂push force model＂ on the transfer of rural labor force from the perspective of push force, considering the practical situation in China, which tries to interpret the factors affecting the transfer in the industrialization process of China, and to put forward some proposals and countermeasures. |
