循环经济实践的基本类型分析

加快我国循环经济发展,应在已有生态经济理论与实践的基础上,通过对我国资源综合利用、清洁生产、生态农业、生态工业、区域循环经济试点示范的典型案例剖析,揭示符合国情的循环经济框架体系,包括农业循环经济、工业循环经济、服务业废弃物循环利用、区域(城市)循环经济的发展模式以及市场驱动机制、技术支撑体系和调控管理模式,并应因地制宜选择重点行业、重点区域的重点企业、园区和城市,以试点示范建设加以推动。

Analysis on the Basic Types of Circulated Development of Economy

In order to accelerate the circulated development of China's economy,the existing theories and practices in the field of ecological economy are to be taken as the very basis,and,through typical case analyses of the resource's comprehensive utilization,clean production,ecological agriculture,ecological industry,regional experiment model sites of circulated economy,the frame system of circulated development of economy conforming to the extant conditions of China is to be revealed,including agricultural circulation economy,industry circulation economy,circulated use of the waste materials produced in service trades,development patterns and market oriented mechanism of regional(city) circulated economy,technical supporting system and regulative management patterns.What is more,as circumstances permit,key professions,enterprises and regions in the city are to be chosen so as to speed up all these different types of economy by these experiment model sites.
