摘    要:文章对北京市中小学教师工作状况进行了分析,建议坚持北京市首都教育发展的基本原则,通过采取提高教师学历层次、完善教师培训制度等各种措施来提高中小学和教育水平。

Abstract:As part of the work relative to "the Research on the Working Conditions of the Middle School and Primary School Teachers in Beijing",this paper includes: Analysis of the general conditions,work time,work pressure,in-service training,attraction of the profession,etc.Based on the practical conditions,this paper suggests insisting the basic principles of the development of education in Capital Beijing,and taking measures such as enhancing the educational level of the teachers and developing the training system for teachers.
