| 摘 要： | 邓小平同志第三次复出后，面对西方国家经济与科技的发达和中国的落后，产生了极其强烈的忧患意识。这种忧患意识具有丰富的内容和时代的特色。正是这种极其强烈的忧患意识，在邓小平理论形成过程中起着重要作用。

It is this strong sense of worry that plays an important role in the process of forming Deng Xiaoping's theory. |
