| 摘 要： | 作为改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的总设计师，邓小平的协商民主思想是根据我国的国情和社会境域的变换，继承了马克思、恩格斯和列宁的协商民主思想，并发展了毛泽东的协商民主思想，提出了一系列新的观点，丰富和深化了我国的协商民主思想，为我国民主事业的发展和完善做出了突出贡献。

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping, the general designer of China＇s reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction, ad- vanced his thought of deliberative democracy based on the national conditions and social context of the transformation of our coun- try. It includes a series of new ideas that are inherited from Marx, Engels and Lenin and an improvement on Mao Zedong＇s thought in this issue. And the proposal of this concept has enriched and deepened the thought of the deliberative democracy in China, and made outstanding contributions to the development and perfection of the socialist cause of China. |
