计算机辅助英语学习

摘    要:外语教学的远期、最终目标是逐渐培养学生目的语的交际能力。然而 ,对于一般的外语教师来说 ,在常规教室里面是很难具体操作的。随着 2 0世纪信息时代的出现 ,计算机辅助英语教学为外语教学提供了更为先进的媒介和空间。短短几十年时间计算机辅助英语教学发展如此迅速 ,必然有其独特的优势和强大的潜力。本文就 CAL L的历史、发展及现状进行了介绍 ,并结合中国传统教学隐藏的弊端以及 Krashen二语习得机制理论进行深入的探讨。同时 ,本文也对 CAL L的优势和前景进行了系统深入的分析。

Abstract:The ultimate and permanent goal of Foreign Language Teaching is to enable students to acquire the ability to communicate in target language. However, it is very hard for the average foreign language teacher to perform in the common physical classroom. As the Information Age commenced in the late 20\ \{th\} century, Computer-assisted Language Learning (CALL) systems have been developed to provide foreign language teaching with a more advanced medium. CALL is a cross-disciplinary science conceived in the 1950s and implemented in the 1960s and 1970s. The two authors of this paper analyze the objective reasons for innovation and reform on Chinese traditional teaching model and focus on the unique advantages and prospects of CALL in the current and future foreign language teaching.
