“绿水青山就是金山银山”的辩证关系及发展路径

绿水青山是生态文明,金山银山是物质文明,二者之间是辩证统一的关系,遵循从肯定到否定,然后再到否定之否定的螺旋式上升规律,也符合社会、经济以及生态的发展规律。本文从辩证唯物主义和经济学的角度对“绿水青山就是金山银山”理论进行论述和分析,总结出从绿水青山到金山银山,再从金山银山到绿水青山的三个发展阶段,并详细分析了绿水青山是金山银山的基础,金山银山是绿水青山的保障的对立统一关系以及二者的螺旋式上升发展规律。在此基础上,提出了“两山”理念在生态文明建设实践中的“产业与生态相融合”的发展路径以及“一活四变”的发展机制。

Lucid waters and lush mountains are ecological civilization,while invaluable assets is material civilization,and the relationship between the two is dialectical unity,which conforms to the spiral upward law of affirmation-negation-negation of negation,and also conforms to the law of social,economic and ecological development.From the perspective of dialectical materialism and economics,this article discusses and analyzes the theory of“lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”,sums up three development stages from lucid waters and lush mountains to invaluable assets,and then from invaluable assets to lucid waters and lush mountains,and explains the unity of opposites between lucid waters and lush mountains as the foundation of invaluable assets and invaluable assets as the guarantee of lucid waters and lush mountains,and the spiral development law between the two.On this basis,it puts forward the development path of“the integration of industry and ecology”and the development mechanism of“one activity and four changes”in the practice of ecological civilization construction for the concept of“two mountains”.
