| 摘 要： | 青年大学生的四年大学生活,是世界观、人生观、价值观形成的关键时期,四年之约的大学生活规划是其人生规划一个重要组成部分,科学规划大学生活,顺利完成学业,奠基好人生的关键一步是大学生活的要义。科学发展观是科学规划大学生活的方法论基础;内因与外因的辩证关系是规划大学生活的哲学依据;目标激励是规划大学生活的原动力。
