| 摘 要： | 韩国与俄罗斯的关系,是随着朝鲜半岛及东北亚地区政治、经济形势的变化而逐步演进的。历史上韩俄有过曲折的历程;20世纪80年代,韩国实施北方政策,着力改善与苏联、中国等社会主义国家的关系,韩苏建交;苏联解体后,俄罗斯作为前苏联的主要继承者,韩俄两国在政治、经济、能源等各个领域积极发展交流与合作,韩俄加强合作有利于朝鲜半岛及东北亚地区的和平与稳定,韩俄两国在未来的合作中将有崭新的发展空间。
