| 摘 要： | 随着中国民办高等教育的发展,民办高校在人才培养过程中的相对劣势地位仍未根本改变。为此,民办高校可以采用差异化培养战略,使学生获得相对竞争优势,改变目前的不利形势,以利于学校的长远发展。

| Abstract: | With the development o{ privately-run higher education,the disadvantage in cultivating students is still not ultimately changed.In order to change the current inferior position and get a long-term development,these colleges can employ the differentiation cultivation strategy in training students so as to stimulate them to obtain the relative superiority in competition. |
