健康教育在我院体育教学中的运用

针对河北省普通高校体育教学中以“竞技技术为中心”的现象,我院公共体育部认真贯彻“以学生为本,谈化竞技,注重健身”的指导思想,以培养终身体育意识为目标,进行体育教学改革与实践。结果显示:学生对体育课的喜爱程度、体育达标合格率和坚持课外锻炼的自觉性都有所提高。

On The Physical Teaching And Practice

Our institute carries out the principle "less- strengthen competition and pay more attention to physical excise", instead of the competition techniques" in Hebei physical teaching, train the physical excise sense of students and make a physical teaching reform and practice. The result shows that the interest level of physical training among students greatly increases.
