| 摘 要： | 我国公职人员腐败犯罪呈现出主体高职位化的发展趋势 ,县处级以上领导干部腐败犯罪的人数越来越多。腐败犯罪动机和变形的需要结构是国家公职人员实施腐败犯罪行为的心理动力 ;歪曲的价值观、颠倒的利益观、畸形的权力观是国家公职人员实施腐败犯罪行为的心理基础

| Abstract: | Corruption of public servants tends to shift from low position to higher positions, more leaders in county level commit corruption than before. Tortured material needs constitute psychological motive of corruption.Distorted values, reversed interests and abnormal power are the psychological basis of the crime of corruption for public servants. |
