西安文化产业发展中的问题及路径选择

文化产业被认为是＂21世纪全球经济一体化时代的朝阳产业＂。西安作为世界历史文化名城,历史文化资源非常丰富,这是西安市文化产业发展的良好契机和条件。近年来,西安文化产业发展迅速,但也显现出管理体制、投融资体制、人才机制不健全等问题,对历史文化资源研究、挖掘、利用不足,特色不突出。对此,通过深化体制改革,政府投入和启动民间投资的方式,强化对优势资源和特色产品的策划和宣传,培育全民文化产业意识,打造独具西安特色的文化产业品牌。

Problems and Approaches in the Cultural Industry Development in Xi'an

Cultural industry is regarded as a sunrise industry in the new age of economic globalization in the 21st century.Xi＇an,as a worldwide historical and cultural city,boasts of rich cultural resources,which will provide us with a new opportunity in its cultural industry development.In recent years,Xi＇an has experienced its rapid development,yet still leaves much to be desired such as： imperfection in its management system,investment and financing system,and talent mechanism;insufficiency in research and excavation;under-utilization;lack of distinguishing features,etc.The following measures are proposed： to deepen the institutional reforms;to make more investment by the local government and privates;to enhance the schemes and advertisement of distinctive resources and specialty products;to cultivate people＇s awareness of cultural industry;and finally to make cultural industry brands with distinguishing features of Xi＇an City.
