| Abstract: | Quanzhou wood carving art, coming from the folk art craftsmen, is a traditional art. This paper analyzes the statue carving in Quanzhou region and explains its characteristics from three aspects： the historical origin, craft modeling features and artistic value, aiming to carry forward the Chinese civilization and cultural heritage through digging the traditional crafts. |
