马克思廉价政府思想及其对大部制改革的启示

Marx＇s Thought of the Cheap Government of and Its Inspirations for Department Reform

In the ＂Civil War of France＂, Marx put forward the thought of cheap government based on the reform and practice of Paris Commune, including the ideas of effective government, service-oriented government, saving-oriented government and limited government. China is now going through an important period of deepening administrative reform. Therefore, China should take Marx thought as a guide, set up the principle of efficiency, improve the level of civil service, aim to reduce administrative costs, stress the transformation of government accountability, promote the construction of legal system, steadily reform the administrative system, and enhance the department accountability, so as to form a service-oriented government with which its people are satisfied.
