基于专业认证视角的创新型学生工作模式研究

摘    要:专业认证是对本科专业人才培养质量的综合检验,不仅对本科专业提高人才培养质量提出了更高的要求,也对学生工作提出了更高的要求.目前我国高校学生工作还存在学生工作理念滞后、机制不完善、形式主义、政绩工程、管理工作队伍素质与水平欠缺、工作方式单一等问题.探究其原因主要有:高校行政化、学生工作与专业教育脱节、学生工作没有紧紧围绕人才培养质量这个总体目标、学习风气不浓等.因此,要以专业认证为契机,创新学生管理工作,包括管理理念创新、管理机制创新、队伍建设创新、管理内容创新、搭建创新平台、管理方法创新.

Abstract:Professional certification is a comprehensive test for undergraduate talents training quality, and the college student work plays a very important role in the process of professional talent training. Professional certification puts forward higher requirement not only for undergraduate program to improve talents training quality but also for student work. Student work should focus on the core goal of talent training quality improvement, and constantly bring forth new ideas for student work's mode. At present, in our country there are still some problems about student work such as student work idea lag, mechanism faultiness, forrealism, vanity projects, poor management quality and single way of work. The main causes are bureaucratic administration at colleges, and divorce between student work and professional education. Therefore, professional certification could be regarded as an opportunity to innovate student management which includes management concept innovation, management mechanism innovation, team building innovation, manage content innovation, building a innovation platform and management method innovation. Only in this way, student work can play a unique role in improving the quality of undergraduate training.
