我国行政执法现状的思考

行政执法是依法行政的重要内容和关键环节。但目前我国行政执法实践中尚存在着不少问题 ,并已严重影响着经济和社会的发展。有鉴于此 ,必须采取切实有效的措施加以解决 ,以便加强和改善行政执法。具体措施主要是 :加快立法步伐 ,完善执法依据 ;理顺行政执法体制 ;健全行政执法监督体制 ;建立高效、廉洁的执法队伍等

On the Current Law Enforcement by Administrative Organs

It is an important content of "ruling the country by law" for administrative organs to enforce laws. However, in reality, there are quite a lot problems in the current enforcement of law by administrative organs, which has seriously hindered the development of social economy. In light of this, this paper puts forward some effective measures to perfect and strengthen the law enforcement by administrative organs, including: quicken the lawmaking, optimizing the administrative institution, perfecting the supervision system, and setting up an effective and uncorrupted law-enforcement team.
