| 摘 要： | 沿着"个体行为系统动力机制——‘转型人’行为系统内部动力机制——‘转型人’行为系统外部动力机制——‘转型人’行为系统动力传导机制"的分析线索对"转型人"行为系统动力传导机制进行分析,可以发现将"转型人"与"转型经济"有机连接起来的是"个体行为系统动力传导机制",正是这种"动力传导机制"帮助"转型人"从"转型经济"体系中获得并积累行为动力,从而激发并挖掘出"转型人"的创造潜力;而"转型人"对自身生活方式的自觉建构和转换也不断地将个体行为动力传导到社会系统,进而不断地为经济转型和社会发展注入新的活力。
